Responsibilities: The responsibility lies under the top management and financial affairs manager.
 
Implementation: Mioro’s vision, mission, core values, principles, and strategic objectives are determined by top management. Top management commits to comply with existing legal regulations, standards, and ISO 9001:2015 requirements, and to continuously improve and enhance the Quality Management System while conducting its activities. Accordingly, Mioro’s quality policy is as follows:

Every year, this policy is reviewed by top management. Annual goals, operational objectives, customer-oriented objectives, corporate learning and development objectives are determined and communicated to employees. Additionally, the compliance of quality policies with laws is audited.
